ENERGY AUTONOMY

All our biospaces are equipped withsolar panels on walls and roofs and high-capacity lithium and/or nickel hydrogen batteries, ensuring energy independence total, with no network connection required.

Our biospaces are equipped with all the modern household appliances (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher), managed by an integrated home automation system.

Our hybrid solar panels (thermal and photovoltaic) make it possible to manage electricity but alsothermal regulation of the habitat.

WATER AUTONOMY

All our biospaces are equipped withwater tanks powered by rainwater recovery and a condensation system to capture humidity from the air.

​

The network operates inclosed cycle : the water captured isfiltered and processed (water purification) by different types of filters.

​

Once the water is treated, it isanalyzed Thenstored in our tanks, before being used and then recovered by the system, after having gone through the purifying process again, which allows itsloop usageand total autonomy from networks,without any connection.

HEALTH AUTONOMY

THE gray water(domestic water) are recovered and injected into the treatment system. No water is released into the network or nature.

THEblack water (toilets) are recovered  in a systemindependent and autonomous, totally separated from that of drinking water. 
 

All our biospaces are equippeddehydration toilet ensuring the greatest modern comfort. For the user, there is no difference between our toilets and those in traditional housing.
 

Our technologyhydrothermal carbonization was developed in partnership withthe university of Porto. The solid parts are separated from the wet parts before passing into the heart of ahigh temperature and high pressure reactorThe wet parts are treated, filtered and reused to supply toilets.No connection to the mains sewer nor any septic tank are necessary.

Our biospaces arefactory assembled, a production method that reduces duration, complexity and carbon footprint,without reservation on delivery.

Respecting theRE2020 standards and beyond, our biospaces are built fromsustainable materials, which limits the impact of construction and recycling on the environment.

Our biospaces aremodular. The basic module has an area of 20m² and can be increased by other modules of 20m². THEinternal arrangements are then installed in the form of blocks (bedroom, living room, bathroom, office, kitchen, etc.).

Our biospaces do not require no foundation neitherconcreting of floors

They are placed and fixed on simple foundation screws, which can be removedwithout leaving a trace on the ground.

Our biospaces aredismountable, movable and transportable. They can be installed permanently or temporarily in order to adapt to needs and projects. They are reusableto infinity.
